- all accommodation from 9.00am Friday to 5.00pm Sunday.
- all Track entry and riding on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- add Extra nights for half the standard night rate.

Bookings are Essential and read our page before coming to Louee.
All Accommodation and camping bookings require a deposit on booking.
Please have your credit card handy. Visa / Bankcard / Mastercard.
We will not hold accommodation or camping without a deposit.

- $25 per person Shearers Quarters
- $150 total. Smedes Cottage.
- $350 total. Cottage
- $400 total. Dungeree
Deposits are not refundable if we are unable to refill your booking.

NOTICE FOR DAY RIDERS.
Do not camp on road sides or on vacant land in the area.
We do not require a booking for day riders.
Check the open days calendar for the days you wish to ride and simply turn up, sign in, pay your rider fees and enter. Read the safety and legal page about planning your trip.
How to pay your accommodation deposit..

Please ensure you add the correct REFERENCE to your payment when using EFT. The reference to use is the last name plus the first letter of the first name of the person who made the booking. For example if John Smith made the booking use SMITHJ as the reference. Then email us with the details. Any problems, email us and we can give you a REFERENCE to use. DO NOT SEND MONEY BY EFT WITHOUT USING YOUR CORRECT REFERENCE.
Aternatively you can pay by credit card over the phone.
The management reserves the right to change pricing without notice. Correct pricing will be confirmed with your booking and the payment of a deposit.
